NationsTree / Support & transparency
Support a nation’s tree
Every contribution is assigned to one country. 30% goes to tree planting with One Tree Planted; the rest pays for servers, data updates and keeping NationsTree open, free and without ads. Each supported country grows a golden branch on its tree.

Questions
- Where are the trees planted?
- One Tree Planted plants trees in reforestation projects around the world. Planting does not take place in the supported country itself — the country chooses which tree on NationsTree grows the golden branch. One Tree Planted ↗
- Is it a donation?
- No. NationsTree is an independent project, not a charity; contributions are not tax-deductible. The planting part is passed on to the partner in full.
- How is the payment processed?
- By Stripe. Card details never reach NationsTree; only the amount, the country and the e-mail address for the receipt are stored.
- Can a contribution be refunded?
- Yes, within 14 days — through the contact form, with the e-mail address used for the payment. Contact →
